Hi I'm Tom, Co Founder of RTT. I started trading in January 2026 after my PhD was delayed and I decided not to spend a year standing still. Rather than wait around, I put my analytical background to work in the markets.
I hold two degrees in Physics, with a strong focus on pattern recognition, data analysis, and distinguishing between different types of radiation from noisy signals. That same mindset now drives my trading: identifying recurring market behaviour, separating high-quality setups from weaker ones, and building a process around probability rather than guesswork.
Today, I trade as a six-figure funded trader and apply the same data-led approach across everything we do. All of the performance data shown on this website has been collected, reviewed, and analysed by me. I also built the account simulator myself to follow TraderScale's rules and restrictions as closely as possible, using my historical trading data to model how similar performance could translate into future returns.
The goal is simple: to give traders transparent, realistic insight into what is possible when disciplined execution is backed by tested data.

Hi, I'm Jack, co-founder of RTT. I'm a full-time day trader with extensive experience across the trading and funded-account space. Over the years, I've built and run multiple trading groups and education platforms, all with a strong focus on delivering profitable value to members rather than empty promises.
That market experience has been a major part of how we've built RTT. It has helped shape not just the trading side of the business, but the structure behind it — from understanding what traders actually need, to navigating the niche details of funded accounts, risk rules, execution, and long-term account growth. A lot of what makes this platform different comes from combining real market experience with a deep understanding of how this industry works in practice.
I'm currently seven figures funded, with the track record and certifications to back up my level of experience. The trades shared through RTT are the exact same trades I take myself, with the same focus on discipline, consistency, and high-quality execution.
