The Service
What exactly does Real Trading Team do?

Real Trading Team purchases funded account passes on your behalf. You buy a one step MT5 challenge account on TraderScale, submit your account details to us, and we trade it through the phase using our backtested strategy. Once passed, TraderScale sends your live funded account credentials directly to you.

Which account type do I need to buy on TraderScale?

You must purchase a One Step MT5 account on TraderScale. We are only able to pass one step challenge accounts. Two step, three step, or any other challenge format is not supported and we cannot accept orders for these account types.

Can I choose any account size?

Yes. We offer passes for $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, $200,000, and $400,000 account sizes. You must purchase the same account size on TraderScale as the pass you purchase from us.

How long does it take to pass my account?

We aim to pass your Phase 1 MT5 challenge account within 48 hours of receiving your account details. Once passed, TraderScale will process and issue your live account credentials, which typically arrives within a further 1–2 business days.

What information do I need to provide?

After purchase you will need to provide your Phase 1 MT5 account login number, your MT5 server name, your full name, and the email address registered on your TraderScale account. This information is submitted as part of the purchase process.

What happens after my account is passed?

TraderScale will email your live funded account credentials to the email address you registered with them. You will also receive a link to join our free private Telegram signals group as part of your pass.

Payments & Pricing
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

All passes are one-time payments. There are no monthly fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs. You pay once per pass.

What currency are prices in?

Our pass prices are listed and charged in GBP (£). TraderScale account prices are set by TraderScale and are charged in USD ($). These are two separate purchases on two separate platforms.

Do I get a refund if my account is not passed?

Please refer to our refund policy. Due to the nature of the service — where trading activity is conducted on your account — refunds are not guaranteed. If you have concerns about a specific situation, contact us at rttfounder@outlook.com and we will review on a case by case basis.

Are there any additional fees from TraderScale?

TraderScale may have their own fee structures, terms, and conditions independent of Real Trading Team. We recommend reviewing TraderScale's terms before purchasing your MT5 account. Real Trading Team has no control over TraderScale's pricing or policies.

Telegram Signals
What is the Telegram signals group?

Our private Telegram group is where we share the trades our strategy takes in real time — including entry price, stop loss, and take profit levels. It is provided free of charge as part of every pass purchase.

Are the signals financial advice?

No. The signals shared in our Telegram group are copies of trades that Real Trading Team takes using our own backtested strategy. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial guidance. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

Is past performance a guarantee of future results?

No. Past performance of any strategy, signal, or trading activity is not indicative of future results. Markets are unpredictable and all trading involves risk. The results of our backtested strategy are not a guarantee that the same results will be achieved in live market conditions.

Do I have to follow the signals?

No. Following the signals is entirely optional. You are free to use your live funded account however you choose, subject to TraderScale's trading rules. Real Trading Team accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any trades you place based on signals shared in the group.

Account Rules & Risk
What are the drawdown rules on the funded account?

All accounts are subject to an 8% maximum drawdown from the account balance and a 4% daily drawdown limit. These rules are set by TraderScale and apply to your live funded account. Breaching either limit may result in your account being suspended or closed by TraderScale.

What is the profit split?

You receive 80% of all profits generated on your live funded account. The remaining 20% is retained by TraderScale in accordance with their programme terms. Profit withdrawals are managed directly through TraderScale.

Is Real Trading Team responsible for losses on my live account?

No. Once your live funded account credentials are issued by TraderScale, you are solely responsible for all trading activity conducted on that account. Real Trading Team accepts no liability for any losses, account breaches, drawdown violations, or account closures that occur on your live funded account.

What if my account is breached during the passing phase?

In the unlikely event that a drawdown rule is breached during the passing phase, Real Trading Team will review the situation and contact you directly. We take care to trade conservatively within the rules, however markets carry inherent risk and no outcome can be guaranteed.

Is there a guarantee my account will be passed?

While we use a proven, backtested strategy and have a strong pass rate, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that every account will be passed. Trading involves risk and results can vary. By purchasing a pass you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Is Real Trading Team a regulated financial services company?

No. Real Trading Team is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We do not provide regulated financial services, investment advice, or portfolio management. Our service is limited to account passing and trade signal sharing.

Does Real Trading Team provide financial or investment advice?

No. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in our Telegram group constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You should seek independent financial advice before making any investment or trading decisions.

Who is responsible for my trading decisions?

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made on your funded account. Real Trading Team, its founders, and any associated individuals accept no liability for profits or losses arising from trading activity on any account, whether during the passing phase or after your live account is issued.

What data do you collect and how is it used?

We collect the personal information you provide during the purchase process — including your name, email address, and MT5 account details — solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

What are your terms of service?

By purchasing a pass from Real Trading Team you agree that: (1) you are purchasing an account passing service, not a guaranteed result; (2) Real Trading Team accepts no liability for losses on your funded account; (3) signals provided are not financial advice; (4) all sales are final subject to our refund policy; (5) you are of legal age to engage in financial trading in your jurisdiction.

Which jurisdiction's laws apply?

Real Trading Team operates under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We endeavour to respond to all emails as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that response times may be delayed due to external commitments. If your query is urgent, please state this clearly in your email subject line.

I've submitted my account details — how do I know you've received them?

You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase is completed. If you have not received this within a few hours of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us at rttfounder@outlook.com with your order reference.

I have an issue with my TraderScale account — can you help?

For issues directly related to your TraderScale account — such as login problems, withdrawal queries, or account rules — you should contact TraderScale's support team directly. Real Trading Team has no access to or control over your TraderScale account.
